These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI News (the "Service"), operated by Digital-Resource.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AI News aggregates publicly available content from third-party sources and produces neutral summaries, which we deliver to you via email or webhook based on your settings. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not professional, financial, legal, or investment advice.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Keep your sign-in links and any webhook signing secrets confidential.

3. Plans and billing

The Service offers a free tier (up to 10 feeds) and a paid "Pro" plan at $5 per month for unlimited feeds. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with prior notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, resell or redistribute the content in violation of the original sources' rights, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Third-party content

Summaries reference and link to third-party sources. We do not own that content, and we are not responsible for its accuracy or the practices of those sources. Trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital-Resource.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
